Beware of the yearly X-ray upsell especially the panoramic view or you will experience subpar services from either dental hygienists, Aurelia and Tatiana. At first, Aurelia did a fine job of scraping my teeth but it became mainly polish them and not using any numbing agent. I told Dr. Wu who said she would bring it up to her in their monthly meetings. Nice and caring to begin with, gentle always but I've experienced about turns with no response, bad x-rays and visits resulting in chipped teeth. The very last time I visited the dentist, x rays were taken, the tooth being worked for a filling got chipped and I was told to do a root canal. I went to Scarsdale Endodentics for the root canal. At that time, the orthosurgeon asked for the xrays just taken and she was told they were not clear. They were never sent over and they had to be retaken by the orthosurgeon. Everything from the staff, ambiance, ease of making appointments, getting quick and timely responses, as well as staff attentiveness has been incredible! I’ve been coming to Generation Family Dental since I was a kid and will continue to do so because of the great care they provide to my teeth and amazing service they provide!
