Booked here a day in advance and got a text that my booking had been accepted, then several other texts from that point up until an hour before my appointment reminding me of my booking. With 30 mins left before the app at 5:30pm I get a message saying it was cancelled. Called the shop and was told they were on holiday and not in shop, and she didn't receive notifications on my booking.
