Recently my water heater died. Yevgeny came to the rescue. He tried his best to fix the unit, but it was old and ended up needing replacement. Yevgeny was very transparent, saved me some expenses where he could and ultimately got my hot water back the same night! I am very pleased with his professionalism, customer service and quality of work. I never leave review, but this time around I felt obligated to share how Awsome my experience was!
We had a blown fuse in our gas range from a water spill. Yevgeny came over on a Sunday, fixed multiple issues, took extra time with us to double check for safety issues, and gave us a fair price. He is also extremely patient and kind. We are very happy with his service and will use GeneralSF again!
I cannot thank him enough. We had fire issue in our kitchen. My father almost fired the home but luckily it was only stove. After this happened, we didn’t have electric obviously and we had hard time finding electrician but I found this guy and he guided me through the phone to put the power back in. He’s a life saver.
I was beginning to consider a fairly major electrical project at my home but realized I knew nothing about whether it was necessary, recommended and what it entailed. Yevgeny recently installed a new water heater and completed some related plumbing work at an apartment I own. He took the time to explain the options, costs and his recommendation, was always available to answer any questions and promptly completed the work. I will definitely be using him for any future plumbing or electrical work.
