Disappointed with the lack of attention to detail by staff. Polyurethane drips and stains on my walls and staircase stringers, entire areas along the wall and heat runs not filled before sanding and poly, cuts in the stringers from the machinery. When I shared my concerns I was initially told i was wrong and "I take care of customers as if it were my home". I’ve used Generals for multiple very difficult jobs in historic buildings that included lots of repairs to original hardwoods as well as laminate install. The floors always exceed expectations and come out absolutely stunning. The jobs are also done fast and fairly priced. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
