My company told me to bring my truck here last Tuesday last Thursday I called to find out what was wrong with it the service writer told me it was the EGR exhaust leaking into the Cab and the part was in so I figured it should be done Friday or Saturday but nope I called Monday late morning was informed they had broken a bolt when I pushed for answers and that they were trying to clean up the threads which makes no sense whatsoever because anyone that has any mechanical knowledge whatsoever knows if you snap a bolt head off ... read more
A little on the slow side in getting the work done. However the work done on fixing all the concerns/ repairs I have with the truck is solid.
Always great service from the staff they get you in and out every time.
