Called for a front axle alignment was given a price dropped truck off fri afternoon & was called sat am told truck ready but price was wrong. I told them I had my son's wedding id be in Monday morning to figure it out. I showed up Monday morning they agreed they qouted wrong price on accident & adjusted price to what was qouted. Very easy to talk to,no arguing or complaints & will definitely be back. Also alignment was right on great work.
Great customer service and convenient hours
Service associate is rude the room asked me what the symptoms or never asked any questions about what the AC and heater was doing when the inverter when it quit working I just said have a seat we'll look at it you would think you'd want to know what the symptoms are to know if you can fix it or not know what you're looking at.
This location used to be great. Ever since they became M&K, they stopped answering the phone on Saturdays, just like every other M&K location. I've called multiple times on different Saturdays and gotten nothing but silence. So I finally drove down there myself. Two people working. Barely any customers. I did the alignment for my truck at this location then I took my truck to the Black horse trucking and mechanic shop in Cleveland Ohio, they said your kingpin and bushings are bad, I told them that the M&K passed the alignment they said how is that possible, if your kingpin and bushings were bad and they passed it, I called the customer service of M&K he said my computer passed the alignment, So they don’t check it around, if their computer said it’s good then it’s good, if the computer said it’s bad then it’s bad, Mechanics... read more
