General surveillance was fantastic to work with. They helped me get my home secured after I recently purchased it. Nate was great to work with always kind and polite and got the job done in a timely fashion

Have had fantastic service from this company ever since I got the alarm in My first house in detroit back in 1992. Since then I’ve moved 2 more times and had them install the alarm in each new house. Then one have has been working great since it was installed in 2003. Everyone is so friendly and kind. I’ve just bought a cottage and of course will have General surveillance install the alarm in that one as well.
Family owned business that love what they do! I was able to call and have all my questions answered and their customer service was so nice! Technicians were on time, clean and respectful. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for home or business surveillance needs.
