Have had fantastic service from this company ever since I got the alarm in My first house in detroit back in 1992. Since then I’ve moved 2 more times and had them install the alarm in each new house. Then one have has been working great since it was installed in 2003. Everyone is so friendly and kind. I’ve just bought a cottage and of course will have General surveillance install the alarm in that one as well.
We have been a customer of theirs for over 35+ years and have always had excellent customer service and completely professional work. Personable, attentive and always there if you have any kind of an issue. Thank you for all your good work.
