I had surgery for a very painful condition, HS, several years ago and I am going back. He even saw me for my dressing changes bc I did not have anyone to do it for me. Highly recommend. Little dry on his bedside manner but he was taught at Vanderbilt and it shows.
Dr. Wilson may be decent surgeon but it ends there. I had emergency surgery and he happened to be the on call surgeon. I spent significant time in the hospital. Dr. Wilson spent minimal time explaining what happened to me in hospital directly and even after I was discharged. His bedside manner and overall patient interaction was lacking and got consistently worse after discharge.
