It was really easy doing it online, it was my first experience renting a storage space 100% online so I'm really happy it went so smooth, but the only thing I'd say is I was unfamiliar with how to open the lock and open the actual door and there's no one there to ask for help so maybe in The future include that in the welcome email, other then that I'm so happy
Excellent place to get storage easily without the need of a human, however, today I got stuck in the gate for like 20 minutes and chat support did not help, neither did outsourced call support. And the fact they close at 4pm with no help is a problem! I had to have the fire department come out today, because the police department said they were too busy to help. So if I had an emergency, what am I supposed to do. I car camp, but I rather not stay in there overnight. The fire department had to come when schools got out, imped... read more
