Sent wrong product and then refused to refund order, avoid at all costs
Received a beaten up set of leaf springs with no packaging, lots of paint missing and large scrapes. When I attempted to install, the recommended u-bolts were about 1/2 inch too wide. I would have been a lot happier ordering from eBay, it would have saved me money, and I suspect it wouldn't look like they dragged them behind the delivery truck all the way from where they are made, Mexico.
These people are amazing. I made a mistake and shipped to the wrong address. The gentleman that I spoke with was able to help me out the sameday and got my parts shipped out to the correct address. Lesson learned, 1. Always buy from General Spring. 2. Never order when your upset with your wife. Great products, even better service.
Customer service was really nice and very helpful, Finding the parts is easy when customer service is knowledgeable. The set of leaf springs i ordered was for a 1995 Chevy Pickup, Parts were ordered as exact fit, was shipped in a couple days, and they fit perfectly. Thank you General Spring .
