Stopped in today to get some hard to find springs for a project and was amazed at the amount of springs they had there. All the guys in the shop were super friendly. Also let us check out there bolt selection to see if they had what we needed for a custom job we was doing. Super friendly and helpful.
Outstanding experience with General Spring in Kansas City. I ordered a set of coil springs for my Ford Transit, and they took great care of me from start to finish — sales, pickup, and customer service were all excellent. A special shoutout to Jim, the warehouse manager. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and was genuinely great to work with. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable people, and a company that clearly stands behind what they sell. Highly recommend General Spring!
They make all Springs at a good price, but whatever you do do not trust or take the advice of their Customer Service team. They do not have a good understanding of what springs work on what vehicles. They gave me terrible advice and it was a very expensive mistake.
Terrible experience, I bought leafs for my truck, paid the extra 10$ ‘free returns’ +100 for shipping. They arrived not even wrapped, they were beat to death + need repainting. I just decided I would send them back and find something else. They are charging me a 35$ fee that’s unlisted, not refunding me the tax, and they expect me to pay shipping back to them. Absolutely insane, now I’m stuck with a 500$ set of leafs that are worthless to me.
