Bought a pair of coil and leaf springs at a good price. I would of given a five star review. If it wasn't for the invoice and tracking number. I finally got an invoice after asking several times for one. As for the tracking number it never came. I was told, you'll get it when you get it. Which was a huge inconvenience being that the order was going to a installation facility. After lots of calls my order was finally located. This also caused a problem with the install. Good customer service
They are not open on the weekends. They start unloading at 8 AM. There's only one truck dock and be careful. So you don't hit the sidewalls, like so many trucks have.
Quality leaf springs, but sent me leaf springs with short center bolts
My wife’s 2011 Toyota Tacoma had both leaf springs break. I ordered replacements from General Spring. They arrived within a few days and are excellent quality. I’m very happy with their product, price and service!
