Clean, secure, and easy
General Storage has been fantastic to work with. If there are any questions, they answer them. They are also good at sending reminders of the bill being due too. :)
I rented a climate controlled unit with these guys before and it was a great experience. Needed storage so we can start downsizing and getting through our things. I was able to rent my unit online and fill out all of documentation as well as make a payment. I needed to put items in the unit that evening. Unfortunately when I arrived there was a lock on the unit. I reached out to the website and after a call, I was able to get in and handle business. They are awesome!
