The phone number doesn't work they don't respond to emails we got a storage unit and couldn't get in because there was a lock on it they also gave us the wrong sequence to the access code so I had to guess the sequence we had to do a charge back to get our money back because nobody responded to our emails and because they haven't responded to venmo I now have to wait 50 days for my money back and had to pay for a different storage unit at a different facility in the process they sent an automated email a couple days ago to l... read more

We've had our camper stored here for over 5 years and we also have a storage unit. The place is kept very nice and clean and secure. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
