In October of 2020, my class B motorhome, a Coachman Galleria built on a Sprinter chassis, was taken to your service facility for evaluation of a repair. The job was assigned to Service Advisor Mr. X. He reported that the Macerator pump housing needed to be replaced. An order was put in to Thetford for the part.
