Great service, fair price. Communication was very clear through the project start to finish.
I’ve used General Refrigeration for install projects, maintenance and emergency repairs at multiple buildings. They are always very responsive, professional and fairly priced. What sets them apart however is the depth of knowledge in HVAC. Truly second to none.
The worst service out there! There service manager is completely unprofessional and its baffling he is in that role. For those of you in the hospitality business, go somewhere else! Save yourself the aggravation of being disappointed and frustrated. There practices are dishonest and they are hardly service minded.
