When you apply. They don’t even have the common decency to contact you and tell you, you are not approved. Seems like a scam just for the application fee! Be aware!
The absolute worst! Roach infestation , they refused to do anything about it. I have black mold growing just above my AC ventilation and they refuse everything about it. Do yourself a favor don’t rent for them. They think everyone around here has no money and is desperate for an apartment… For the price I expect better this is disgusting.
Rat infestation unaddressed for months. Fallen tree on other side of duplex with huge lag in addressing that. They respond quickly to you if you want to pay your bill, but otherwise they ignore you and give you a bad attitude. My mother spent her last days on Earth dealing with their extreme lack of concern for tenants. I will find the proper channels to address my concerns with proof, but couldn't wait to leave a review so another renter doesn't have to go through what my mom went through. Greedy, unhelpful, incompetent.
