Needed some vaccination admin sorted from 6 months ago and it was all done within the hour, with a confirmation text sent straight after. I’ve always found the nurse, doctors, and admin team here to be awesome — efficient, friendly, and reliable.
Total props to nurse Zoe who used all her tricks and experience to help my scared 7yo with her vaccination. She was patient, funny, caring, and didn’t disregard the anxiety my daughter was feeling.
Receptionist is useless.
