I needed a bathroom sink and 3 faucets installed. I called Direct Plumbing & Rooter for an estimate. I was lucky enough to have Kyle come out for the service call. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He completed the job in a timely manner for a great price. So glad I chose Direct Plumbing & Rooter. They will be handling all of our plumbing needs in the future.
My technician from Direct Plumbing & Rooter was very particular and did a fine job with the install and addressing other issues causing water heaters to go out before they should.
We added a couple of floor drains in our basement, replaced a corroded drain pipe and reworked some HW and CW connections. Direct Plumbing & Rooter team were very professional, on time, friendly and tidy. They ensured that the significant amount of dust that was generated when the concrete floor was removed was contained and cleaned up after the work was complete.
Direct Plumbing & Rooter was very courteous, patient and quick. I can't recommend him enough. It's only been a day since he replaced the clogged, disconnected and cracked drain pipes under our kitchen sink, but it's holding well. Very pleased with his service.
