The worst customer service ever experienced. My husband talked to the manger Bob, and he suggested a water heater. We brought the water heater home, open the box, and noticed that it was a taller size. They refused to return it because we opened the box. I called the manager Bob and explained that it is brand new and can just be put in the box.
