I sent an email over the weekend describing my problem. (A rental unit with a leaky shower valve.) It wasn’t too urgent and I didn’t expect a call until the work week. Carlos got back to me within 10 minutes to my surprise. I relayed the problem, we arranged a time for him to be there at my tenant’s place the next day, and he said he’d call at the end of the day.
