Arrived an hour later than scheduled appointment but no problem, they charged me for it anyway.
Honest and dependable. This company impressed me from the beginning. Living in an older home presents many challenges, among them old plumbing fixtures. I appreciate the excellent service and not getting ripped off every time there is a service call.
I recently called on General Plumbing to look at a busted dishwasher pipe. I was told that the repairman would show up anywhere from 7:30 to 8:30 am on a Monday morning - to my delight, he showed up promptly at 7:43 am. He was super friendly, clean-cut, and very helpful. As it turns out, the dishwasher pipe is a part that I can buy at an appliance store and replace myself. So, he advised me to buy a new one at Sears and install it. I was extremely pleased with the service and attentiveness I received from the GPC staff. The personnel who serviced my plumbing needs were extremely knowledgeable and concerned about my final satisfaction with the job and the price. At job completion they were able to finish under their initial estimate given to me. A company which represents integrity and is a benchmark in customer service----there's no question GPC will receive my repeat business and referrals.
Excellent Service. They were on time and worked very quickly to get the job done. Price was reasonable and no surprises.
