I’ve been coming here for a few years now. I just have to say that Dr.Katelyn Heist has been amazing for me. I’m sure she’s seen me at my worst. Dr. Heist has listened to every concern and helped answer any questions I had. Her responses are educational as well as gentle. She shows compassion and patience.I’m grateful she’s here.
The staff is efficient and caring. They have time to listen to my needs.
Dont miss one appointment because they will discharge you immediately. Such awful quality of care. The doc (Dr Shankar) is very kind and his bedside manner is exceptional, but the lack of compassion regarding missed appointments is atrocious. This is coming from the doctor directly. Also states he will prescribe something and then changes his mind or decides after the appt that he will not. This is not how it should be. I love this practice. Especially Dr. Sippy. They are all so nice and very thorough. I never feel rushed and all of my concerns get addressed and followed up on.
I was seen at this facility as well as my 9 year old daughter, at the time. (Dr. M. Mitchell when he was still there.) I went running out of this office with my daughter as well! My husband decided to stay and give them one last try for himself. Well, he was severely ill for four days with severe fever, chills, nausea, malaise and fatigue, body aches and pains.
