Dont miss one appointment because they will discharge you immediately. Such awful quality of care. The doc (Dr Shankar) is very kind and his bedside manner is exceptional, but the lack of compassion regarding missed appointments is atrocious. This is coming from the doctor directly. Also states he will prescribe something and then changes his mind or decides after the appt that he will not. This is not how it should be. I started being at this practice by Dr. Mitchell. I am 34 years old and I have never experienced a doctor who actually sits, listens, and HEARS what’s I am saying. His goal is to help me and he definitely made me feel heard and helped. Since he is leaving the practice I have since switched to Dr. Shankar, and he’s just as amazing.
