I like having all my medical services near by. There is plenty of parking spaces, especially handicapped spaces. There is an ample waiting room with seating They are very good at sticking to the appointment time. They can complete some simple lab work on the premises.
Very displeased with his doctor's office. They sent the wrong prescription information to my pharmacy very rushed at my appointment was like he wasn't even talking to me. It can never talk to anybody on the phone and it takes forever to get a call back if you get one to change your schedule or something else. My wife had a medical issue going on she sees the same doctor been trying to get in there for 4 days no call backs finally went to urgent Care.
I’ve been coming here for a few years now. I just have to say that Dr.Katelyn Heist has been amazing for me. I’m sure she’s seen me at my worst. Dr. Heist has listened to every concern and helped answer any questions I had. Her responses are educational as well as gentle. She shows compassion and patience.I’m grateful she’s here.
