I attempted to be seen by a provider at this location 3 times and all 3 times I got cancelled on or had to leave before I could be seen. First, I was cancelled on with about a day’s notice via voicemail, telling me to reschedule. Fine, I rescheduled. Then the second time, construction caused a power outage, so they cancelled on me with just several hours notice. Absolutely horrible for refilling prescriptions. My pharmacy sent an electronic request on May 12. I called after 7 days of no response, I left a call back number with no call back. Tried again with no response! Update May 29th finally talked to someone, they looked me up and told me there was nothing she could do???? Absolutely HORRIBLE!!
Had a scheduled appointment for 4:00 after work to be notified the Dr. Was going to be leaving early and my appt. had to be rescheduled. The appt. was rescheduled for 9:30 am. When I called back to notify the office that this appt would not work and that I needed a late appt. They stated one was not available but I still had scheduled appt. In Sept. with my primary. John Symon's advised me today 5/7/26 approximately 0830 ish during my appointment that my insurance sucks and I didn't have the financial spread for treatment and advised there was nothing he could do and ended the appointment, without going over alternative options or treatments or medications. I have never been told by a doctor that my insurance sucks and I was too poor for treatment! Unbelievable!!
