This place is awful. I have to fight to get a prescription every month. My pharmacy is called them numerous times I’ve been calling them for the last four days. Left a message once spoke to three different nurses each one said they would give my information to the provider and finally as of 4 o’clock on Friday. My prescription is being prepared. Im trying to call to cancel an appointment. You call the number your on hold for an hour!!! I tried the patient portal, won't take my log in. I called back again, tried leaving a message, it hung up on me. Appt. June 17th at 2:00. Cancel!!! Im annoyed you don't have anyone answering the phone?? Ridiculous.
Every single time I come here I pay my co-pay and I still receive bills. It seems they are constantly double charging me and when I call the billing department for more information they say that they can’t help because they’re a third party company and aren’t able to see if payments were posted…? They were supposed to send paperwork for routine blood work to Quest, instead they sent results from previous text.unable to contact office, only call center.looking for new doctor (not connected to general)
I only have the most things to say about these people. Kelly the FNP is phenomenal. She squeezed me in even when she had no patients and provided me with the best care. The front desk staff was also amazing and the kindest people ever. They try to help you if somethjng is bothering you and give you the best care. Kelly was my provider twice and I can only say the best things about her. She is kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable and makes you feel very at ease and knows exactly what she is doing.
