Been a patient for over 30 years with Family Care Medicine and now under General Physician Primary Care. My primary is wonderful, but since they have become a conglomerate the practice has gone down hill. Took a week to get a refill on a medication with daily calls and long wait times. Terrible since their many new transitions … using this new useless My Chart is totally ridiculous. Their excuse is your files need to be transferred into the new My Chart once you see your doctor… Which I have just seen in May and won’t see again for another 9 months. We have been attempting to fill a prescription for one week. Messaged 4 times through the portal, emailed twice and have called numerous times only to be told by Chris that they are all over worked. This script needs to be filled and it would appear that none of the medical professionals adhere to their Hypocratic oath. We will be switching practices and sending General Physicians an invoice for wasting our time.
The worst. Even worse since Kaleida changed systems. For two weeks since the system change they can't even schedule an appointment or update a portal. Just awful service.
I would give them a zero stars if it would let me. I love my PA- she’s fabulous, takes her time, LISTENS, as well as my primary doctor. The rest of the office is AWFUL and should be replaced immediately. Portal messages for a med refill before the office opened. Needed a sick visit and called as soon as the office opened. After 20 minutes on hold with the nurse line I had to leave a message. Described my medical issue and requested the refill, again. No call back all day.
