I have been with this practice for at least 15 years. I feel the practioners are good. Since transitioning to this new system everything is difficult. Refills take forever. You can't call the office and talk to someone when you have a heath problem that needs addressed. You get a call center. Which was my situation today. I spoke to someone at 9 am and they said the nurse would call me, It's 3:30 one nobody did. I like the PA I've been seeing forever but I'm considering switching because I can't access the office.
I would give 0 stars if I could.. Had blood work done 6 weeks ago and called religiously to get the results of the blood work and ask my doctor questions and never received a call back.. this place is an absolute joke. They do not care about you or your health. **Update** Got sent for more bloodwork, It has now been over 11 weeks since going for blood work the first time, and nothing has been resolved.
For the past few months THE PHONE DOES NOT WORK. Ive waited on hold for 2HOURS and still didnt get anyone. Had to go there and they said yea there new phone system isnt the best… CHANGE IT
You can't even call to make an appointment. They lose test results, they can't seem to access your medical or drug history.
