The billing department gets a 1 only because that is the lowest rating I can give. I have been calling their office and my provider on multiple occasions to get a billing error fixed. Patients, be your own advocate. You need to fight for services your insurance covers, and just as importantly, fight for charges that are inaccurate. Terrible I would give this doctor's office zero stars if I could. Your just another number here. Saw doctor Maphi and his nurse practioner multiple times, then I called for a script refill they said no. Please take my advice and don't go here.
