My neighbor was evicted because they were infested with roaches. Naturally now my apartment has them. This company provides service to my building downtown. Multiple times I have requested treatment in my apartment. I watch them on my security camera. They claim they provided treatment. They have not. Mind you, I owned pest control business in Seattle for 7 years. I know what needs done. These guys have either no morals or lack the ethics and character. Either way, highly do not recommend. General Pest came out to help us with some pesky pests that were trying to move in. Their service was pet/kid friendly and efficient. We'll definitely be using them again!
This company services the townhouses in our area and I had a very unpleasant experience with them. A few weeks ago I had put in a maintenance request for pest control with earwigs entering our home. I explicitly stated that maintenance couldn't enter without our permission and they needed to call first. Neither of those things took place and the general pest employee entered my home without my consent.
