This company services the townhouses in our area and I had a very unpleasant experience with them. A few weeks ago I had put in a maintenance request for pest control with earwigs entering our home. I explicitly stated that maintenance couldn't enter without our permission and they needed to call first. Neither of those things took place and the general pest employee entered my home without my consent. Chris came out twice and was super professional and made sure to thoroughly spray everything and check the whole place.
Can't even call you back after calling 4 times and leaving 3 urgent messages to get any sort of follow up spray for bed bugs. Do not do business with them.
Had a pest issue…big on the HAD! With children it is always so hard to deal with…very thankful to Cris who came out and treated our home! Professionalism was outstanding, his knowledge of the issue my husband and I were facing helped us gain insight on the situation. Finally able to sleep comfortably in our home again! 10/10 highly recommend!
