They forgot to schedule my sons 3 year well child appointment and never caught it! I asked at my other son 1 year appointment when the next time was my other son should be seen. He turned 3 in July! And they want to schedule him for December. I will be taking my kids elsewhere as u of m is no longer worth the 35 minute commute. Never mind the hour and a half wait for lab with a 1yo…
We drive over 45 minutes to bring our daughter here because we love her pediatrician and the rest of the staff at this facility. You will receive the best possible care in the entire state of Michigan. My son goes to Beaumont and they are not nearly as good. We never have issues with billing or timely appointments like we do at Beaumont. If you’re lucky enough to have a U of M doctor, especially one like Dr. Yoon, you thank your lucky stars!
Dr. Urbanski and Dr. Delaney are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. Both have always taken the time to listen to our questions and concerns and address them fully without making us feel dismissed or rushed. They're the reason we know our baby is in good hands.
