I went in to check pricing and availability on brake pads for my 2023 Crosstrek, they wanted $129 for a front set and $129 for a rear set, plus $30 to bring in each set, that brings the total to a little over $300 for brake pads, TOTALLY RIDICULOUS IN MY OPINION! So I ordered a front set and rear set of premium Bendix pads online for a total price with shipping was $68. Napa needs to stop screwing their customers, the new O'Reilly's Auto parts store is going to put you guys out of business.
Customer service was wonderful here. I had a photo of what I needed and staff went above and beyond to get me what I needed. They got what I needed exactly right, so I didn't have to return to get something else. I really appreciated their knowledge and ability to get exactly what I needed, no problems, no issues.
I spent over $400.00 in this store with my vehicle right outside, and they gave me the wrong parts, which in turn has cost me 2 days pay and extra running around. The only that was right was my washer fluid and oil! Truly unpleasant with this store and I pray the eureka store will return these parts and give me right ones, if not I'll definitely give a chewing when my vehicle is fixed and expect a total refund for wasting my time!
