Very unprofessional, cluttered, dirty store, and lack of customer service skills. Bashing customers behind the counter in a subtle manner, very immature crew. Management wasn’t even present and the owners don’t care.
I went in to check pricing and availability on brake pads for my 2023 Crosstrek, they wanted $129 for a front set and $129 for a rear set, plus $30 to bring in each set, that brings the total to a little over $300 for brake pads, TOTALLY RIDICULOUS IN MY OPINION! So I ordered a front set and rear set of premium Bendix pads online for a total price with shipping was $68. Napa needs to stop screwing their customers, the new O'Reilly's Auto parts store is going to put you guys out of business.
