They're at the very top of their game. From exams to customer service, the staff is caring, involved, and accurate.
This is the absolute best optician I have ever used, and I have purchased glasses for 50 years in four different countries. The customer service is superlative, the lines they carry are durable and fashionable, and the prices are competitive. After cataract surgery ten years ago, when I was having difficulty with a prescription, one of the owners offered to get me a turkey sandwich to help me feel better. Who does that?! Don’t ever consider another optician—General Optical has no rival.
