This Company was able to resolve our technology request quickly and easily. The Technician was able to install a new printer and trouble shoot issues on an existing one. He also assisted in getting a large TV screen working with my PC. I would use them again.
They over-quoted us - offering us way more monthly services and a much more expensive server than we need as a small business. Prices are some of the highest in the industry. Billing is not transparent in the least. We keep getting invoices for things, we shouldn't be billed for. They then agree to waive the unnecessary charges, but then they keep reappearing later.
