"I strongly advise against purchasing GM products; they proved to be unreliable. After spending $93,000 on my 2022 Denali, a necessary software upgrade resulted in a faulty OnStar module. The download error caused constant software restarts, draining my battery and damaging the module. So where do i begin, i purchased a brand new 2023 sierra and within one month it needed a crank shaft replaced so it spent 30 days in the shop, next week the turbo went out and another 38 days in the shop. Here i am today on a road trip and the check engine is ion again. Meanwhile GM the buy back team has made limited to no effort in rectifying an issue that is solely due to manufacturing.
