The dentist is really nice but the office staff is rude and dismissive. I had work done and was in excruciating pain and called them and they didn’t answer the phone until almost noon and when they did they left me on whole and never called back after all the messages and calls. Also when you walk in they don’t speak unless forced. They don’t engage with clients or seem welcoming.

I’m not sure about you but who likes going to a dentist office ? I normally would not however , I trust Dr. Simien . He will greet you with a smile that allow you to relax . He is extremely informative and gentle with procedures other than normal preventive care. You will not sit in his chair and wonder what he is doing in your mouth listening to all those equipment sounds. Dr. Simien talked to me in a soothing manner, the entire time he administered novocaine, he had to tell me I was done after extracting 3 teeth! I didn’t feel anything! I recommend him to anyone who has anxiety about the dentist. He is unbelievable! Cute as a button too! LOL!

I saw Dr Simeon today after not having seen him for 12 years. His kind and gentle manner soothed my nerves and he constantly inquired about my well-being while he worked. He explained what I needed to have done and let me know what my insurance would pay.Also, he's very easy on the eyes.
