I was charged $398.05 for unsuccessfully freezing a small Plantar wart on my foot when I was at my annual physical appointment. Absolutely terrible disrespect for their patients. I've been a patient here for over 15 years and while the care I received was good, the doctors and receptionist staff have a blatant disregard for your time. You will be waiting in the lobby for over 30 minutes every single time. Your appointment will be canceled no matter what if you arrive late (even if the late arrival is due to their horrible parking system), even if you call ahead and let them know you can't make it on time. I cannot recommend their nutrition services. They straight up gave up on me when I was struggling to lose weight two years ago.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Elizabeth A. Paluga for a few years now, but recently, I returned urgently due to a few health concerns I was having. I was able to book an appt for the next day using the patient portal which made things very easy for me on that end.
