The first time I went there, I saw a doctor; she was kind and knowledgeable. The second time, I got another doctor who acted unprofessionally. When he first walked into the room, he said, "What do you want from me? Just to let you know, I have no miracle cure for whatever you have". Great way to make a patient feel at ease! He also filmed the consultation without me knowing about it, until the end when he mentioned it jokingly. I found that a bit unsettling.
