Absolutely the worst and most traumatic hospital experience I have ever endured. I underwent gastric bypass surgery in December 2024 and was treated with a level of disregard, neglect, and disrespect that no patient should ever experience. After surgery, staff told my husband he would receive an update around 11 AM. Noon passed with no call. He tried repeatedly to contact the hospital—no one answered.
