Terrible worse insurance ever
Claims Handling. They are so weird!. So bad customer service service extension 3494. Please stop discrimination!!!!. I shouldn't be fluent to get paid for my car maintenance caused by their customer.
Terrible company, no they are not “The General” with Shaquille O’Neal as their endorser! They are just “General” and they have horrific customer service. You will see from the start how bad they are. This comment is for “General Insurance” only! Not the more popular “The General Insurance.”
Worst travel insurance on earth it has been more than a month since i filled a claim . Nobody ever contacted me and i still haven’t received a response . Don’t bother calling them to safe your time . Avoid them at any cost .
I had a horrible experience just now with one of your agents. The entire conversation was about what I didn't know about insurance. Lady that's your job not mine, I just wanted a quote, but we couldn't get past her wanting to hear herself talk about what all she knows and most don't about insurance. Way to lose a customer right off the bat.
