We received their contact as an authorized Rheem service provider for our water heater and we called them to have the faulty gas valve replaced. We called mid August 2023 and they came to replace the gas valve. After about 50 days, mid October, the water heater signaled again a faulty gas valve and we called them to get it checked. They came back and charged us again for the diagnostic and 199$ to change the faulty gas valve. The part was under warranty but their job wasn’t, since it was over their 30 days threshold.
