We received their contact as an authorized Rheem service provider for our water heater and we called them to have the faulty gas valve replaced. We called mid August 2023 and they came to replace the gas valve. After about 50 days, mid October, the water heater signaled again a faulty gas valve and we called them to get it checked. They came back and charged us again for the diagnostic and 199$ to change the faulty gas valve. The part was under warranty but their job wasn’t, since it was over their 30 days threshold. They came out to replace the gas valve control on our water heater as per recommendation from the manufacturer, Rheem. A few weeks later, it went out again. I called again, and they again got on the phone with Rheem. They recommended again replacing the gas valve control and also a tank sensor. When the parts arrived, they came out again to replace the parts. We have been good ever since. The 2nd visit was N/C since it was under the 30 day labor warranty. Quick, no nonsense service
