These guys are a joke. Paid them to do a pre-purchase inspection, lets just say they should be responsible for all the issues they over looked but they refused to do anything about it after the sale. This has cost us and we would not have bought the home if we would have known the furnace was leaking, AC was not mounted correctly, and electric does not support the house.
