Jay was super professional and very thorough for our home inspection. He inspected the roof, brought things to our attention in a calm manner presented with facts and not scare tactics, and was all around pleasant to work with. His reports were always delivered within the promised timeframe and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend him for any homeowner who needs a home inspection!

Jay was very professional, candid, and fair. He was able to point out things that I would have missed otherwise. He offered good tips on fixing some things he noticed, and gave great advice for things that may be problems in the future. He was quick and accommodating of my schedule. The inspection report was thorough and arrived quickly. I would definitely recommend to any potential home buyers, and I will use his services again if ever necessary.
