Would not recommend to manage your property. Paid thousands for repairs. Waiting on a refund for uncompleted work when I switched management companies. They had weeks if not months to complete the work. Switched companies in October of 2025. About 1 Week away from March and still no refund. They told me they would send it out the refund In 2 months.
