Timely, honest and reliable! They came out and fixed our HVAC system the same day we reached out. We will always use General Heating and Air for our KY location and any upcoming service needs this Spring.
Can’t speak highly enough of GHAC. Our business’s heating system stopped heating during the coldest couple weeks of winter. We called and they came out immediately. I was afraid we would need to replace the entire unit, but they were able to repair the issue on our existing unit! They are honest, reliable and the best in the tri-state! I refer GHAC to everyone and will definitely call them to service my unit in the spring.

The BEST. We were having some serious trouble with our old furnace and were nervous it was beyond repair. Charlie came out SO quick and did a super thorough diagnostic (He was taking multiple videos documenting the process as well). He got everything fixed and cleaned up in less than 45 minutes (He knew we had a livestream that night and wanted to make sure the house was nice and warm in time!). Cannot recommend enough and Charlie’s amazing.
Jack Patterson is a fine man and his crews are very professional. I wish all my contractors were this nice to work with.
