They told me they will show up between 6pm to 9pm and at 8:15pm they call me to cancel on me and unfortunately the last window time usually don’t make it. So at the first place why they schedule me an appt. For that time??

I would give them NO STARS if that was an option. Why? They never showed up twice. They made the appointment on April 22 for April 29. The window was 10-2. They didn't call until 3:50 & left a non-working number as a call back. I called it three times. It went to dead air...no ring or one ring followed by dead air; no answer or noise. I then called the number that was left on the caller id. I let it ring between 12-15 times. They didn't answer. The next day they tried to tell me they called and didn't get an answer. Do not use. They are not professional. Do not honor warranty! My mom used them for new unit & has nothing but trouble for last 2 years. Then unit is only 2 years old!
