AC stopped working and they came out and fixed it the same day. Technician was nice and explained the issue.
Recently bought and re-leveled my duplex. One of the 4 units stopped working. I called the company that the property had been using and they stated that the whole thing needed replacement. Called General and Jeremiah came out and it was just a fuse! $85 service call with a truly pleasant serviceman and it’s running just fine now. Honest and nice, what more can you ask for?
Came out for estimate for broken compressor. Paid the service call and agreed to have them repair it. The next day I had to chase them down to set the appointment and was rudely told they “weren’t interested in taking the job.” I begged them to help me as it was 80 degrees in my house with no AC and they rudely refused with no reason. I would recommend avoiding this company.
Sonny was great to work with and answered all of our questions. He talked through and explained the pros and cons of all options. We appreciate the expertise and honesty!
