Great service and professionalism all the way! My initial call to General was back in July when I got home and it was 89° in my house. They were able to get someone out to my home within two hours. A new capacitor was installed and the system began cooling. I was so impressed with the prompt and knowledgeable service that I took out a maintenance agreement. Last week I called for my first of two service calls and Mr. Dennis was dispatched. He saved me from some serious water damage as my A/C drain pan was about to overflow. ... read more

Love our new AC installation!! We’ve had monthly service for a very long time that’s always been great! They told me it’s finally time to get a new AC. The old one was on its last leg. Wish I would’ve done it sooner, because I just got in my Entergy bill and it went down $300!! So happy and grateful!!

So 90mph in I-10 southbound, and swerving between cars on ALL 3 lanes, like if the guy was driving a Lotus Seven in F-1 But instead driving a clumsy beat up contractor van. And flashing high beams and tailgating l 2 feet close at cars in the right lane… that already are going 70mph just to burst at 85/90mph between cars. That guy is on drugs
