Super disappointed... intall has been horrible.. 17 thousand to install a Trane heat pump and airhandler plus new ductwork...have called another company because after using this company for 20 years... ive had to go with a different company... no confidence in General.. the big loss is when the project manager told me " I dont appreciate you wasting my time!" .. At that point... I knew this company was not who I thought they were. 1.. flat drain line in attic.. and negative fall at the unit... put a run through trap instead ... read more
