UPDATE: I did receive a call back. The business is not open and I should not have been able to book an appointment online. Made an appointment online for a massage. Also wanted to inquire about other services for my upcoming wedding. Received a confirmation via email. Arrived 10 minutes early to fine that the lights were off and the path to the door wasn't shoveled. Looked like no one had been there all day. I waited 10 minutes then tried to call.
