General Hardwood Flooring did an amazing job on our floors. They were very helpful (and patient) during the color selection process. They helped us select and install new balusters for our stairs. Vasile is very knowledgeable and great to work with. Our floors turned out beautiful!

Vasile and his crew are simply a delight to work with. I was traveling overseas for work when the job was done. My husband, who was grumpy about being left home to deal with this alone, loved the crew and said they couldn't have improved a thing. They replaced flooring and married it up to existing 20 year old floors in adjacent rooms perfectly matching the finish and making seamless transitions. I highly recommend them!

The most amazing experience! Vasile and his team were incredible. So efficient -completing the work way ahead of schedule. We didn’t have to lift a finger. We used General Hardwood Flooring Chicago to sand and refinish the hardwood floors on the entire main level of our house. From start to finish, Vasile was transparent about all aspects of the project and prompt in all of his communication with me and our designer. He and his crew completed the job within the allotted time frame, and the work completed is outstanding.
