I have been using General Grinding for about 35 years and they always perform. Some of our rotary dial machine frames can be quite large and General has the equipment and expertise to accommodate. I will keep using them until I retire!

Jonathan was very professional. I'm not in a business that uses this sort of service, I'm a woodworker who's table saw's top warped and needed to be re-flattened. Jonathan not only took the time to answer all of my questions, he also explained to me the process of precision machine grinding that they would be preforming on my table top. I have done business with General Grinding for many years and they always did a good job and was always a pleasure to work with them. However past year or so their lead times have been longer ( almost 2 months at times ) as well as the worst business experience I have ever had. I would never recommend their services to anyone, not even my competitor.
