My family member lived here for 5+ years, and unfortunately, those years were filled with frustration and a complete lack of concern from the leasing office. Krista, Susana, and Zoe left an especially poor impression. DO NOT LIVE HERE THIS PLACE DOES. NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE! THEY ALLOW PEOPLE TO HARASS THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND WHEN YOU HAVE ISSUES WITH NEIGHBORS THEY DO NOTHING! THEY DONT REPAIR ANYTHING ! DONT LIVE HERE
I’ve had a great experience so far at General Greene Apartments. The move-in process was smooth and easy, and the management team has been very helpful, responsive, and great to work with. The property is well maintained, clean, and it’s clear that the team takes pride in keeping the community in good shape. I’m really enjoying my new home and the overall experience has been excellent so far. I would definitely recommend General Greene Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live.
