These guys were very helpful in diagnosing a separation I was having in my engineered wood flooring. Great local business, happy to have them around.
My husband and I were renovating our main bathroom and chose General Flooring for all our tile needs. We dealt with Bryson who was very accommodating. Unfortunately, the tile we had chosen, wasn’t available in the amount we needed. Bryson informed us and asked that we come back to the store and choose something else. We have a 3 family house with a common area hallway that needed a face lift. I stopped in to see what options were available for a commercial grade carpet. Dave pointed me in the right direction to find one that was equally durable in high traffic areas and looks good. Bryson installed it a few weeks later and it looks incredible. Thanks so much guys! We will be coming back for all our future flooring needs.
I walked in the store and watched the employee tell someone in front of me that “they would be there for the next hour with you going through tiles and I am not going to do that” then directed them to look themselves at sample’s. Fine guy is having a bad day no problem. So when my turn comes I ask to see some area, runner or off sized rugs for sale.
