Melvin and his crew were fantastic. What started out as a job to clean and restore an old Saltillo tile floor went on to include painting an entire apartment, renovating a bath (excellent tile work), and extensive work to track down and fix multiple leaks. Everything was done professionally and with careful attention to details. Melvin kept in touch regularly and went out of his way to consult about colors and fixtures. Very reasonably priced. I would hire GFS again in a heartbeat.

Melvin is an expert. Family owned and operated business. Our marble foyer and ceramic tile kitchen flooring was sick looking after 20 years. It looks better today than the day it was installed with every blemish gone. He was also the lowest estimate of the handful I got. Highly recommend
