I purchased 5k worth of flooring in which I wasn't allowed to use my credit card so I could get my cash back rewards unless they charged me an extra 3% so I paid cash via debit card. Then when I finished the job I took back 6 boxes of flooring not knowing they would charge me 25% restocking fee. When I called the head quaters they told me to call the store manager.
