When I took and intro furniture painting class a couple of years ago, I got the chance to try several different paint vendors. General Finishes was by far my favorite. I stuck with GF milk paint, gel stains and top coats and never regretted it. Wonderful coverage and smooth finish.

I used the Java Gel Stain on a table the finish has a great texture and color, it is also very resilient and a year later of heavy use it still looks perfect!
