Very good experience all around. Doug braved the bitter cold in February and provided an assessment of our roof and what options we had. A large portfolio of available shingles was produced. We were able to preference a construction date and fortunately the weather cooperated and Gen Ex was able to accommodate the date. They showed up on time and did a wonderful job!! The roof looks great and the entire process was stress-free. I highly recommend Gen Ex for roofing needs.

We had our entire roof and gutters replaced, along with repairs to our Hardie board siding, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication was phenomenal, the workmanship was outstanding, and the entire process went extremely smoothly. The company was also very transparent with their quoting and pricing, which we really appreciated. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality roofing and exterior work.

Gen-Ex did an incredible job for us. Their inspection was the most thorough finding problems missed by the other contractors who bid on the job, and their price was among the lowest. Their team showed up as scheduled, stripping off the old roof and installing the new roof in less than a day. Their installation was immaculate with not one nail or piece of roofing left behind. We love our new Owens Corning roof. We will definitely use them again.
