We provided brokerage services to General Equipment and Supply, with invoices totaling $9,900 now over 90 days past due. Despite repeated emails and calls, no one from the company has responded. Rob Hall, the president and the person responsible for initiating payments, has also not replied. Do not do business with General Equipment & Supply. They request work from vendors to be performed on their equipment and then do not pay. We’ve had an invoice now overdue for 85 days with little to no response of paying. I would not recommend doing business with them with them.

I would be cautious about extending General Equipment credit. We hauled 79 shipments for them, and while they initially paid (slowly), the last 20+ shipments remain unpaid. Despite repeated assurances that payment is “on the way,” no checks have arrived, and most recently we’ve been told they are “waiting on funding.” Based on our experience, I cannot recommend working with this company until they demonstrate reliability in meeting their financial commitments.
